The club product, in two surfaces

Every screen is the same numbers at different altitudes. The product wears FC Porto blue and white in Almarai; the documentation sheet you're reading is the blueprint layer. Annotation markers are dragon gold — the single accent — and never appear inside the product.

PLATE 00 · SHARED SHELL

The shell every seat opens

All stakeholdersMode · Role-detectUniversal
Use case. Any staff member opens the same app icon and lands on the cockpit their role defines — the president and an U17 prospect share zero screens but one login, one Jose, one rulebook.
1
Role-detect badge. Tier is resolved at sign-in from the club org chart, not chosen by the user. Switching seats requires re-provisioning.READ
2
Access-tier card. States plainly what this seat can do — set once per role, visible so there's no ambiguity about what a person is seeing. mode · home
3
Jose, always on. The conversational spine adapts register per persona and answers only from data the seat can read — the same agent feels different to a board member and a scout.
4
Governance + offline. CIDS/CIS enforce every permission cell; a local cache makes matchday and pitch-side surfaces work with no signal.
5
Adaptive bottom nav. Five destinations, re-labelled per tier — "Squad" for the SD becomes "My pathway" for an academy player. Jose holds the centre everywhere.
PLATE 01 · STRATEGIC COCKPIT

President & Board

President · BoardMode · StrategicPlain-language
Use case. "What's our net-spend exposure if we don't sell before June?" — answered in a sentence, with squad value, wage trajectory and academy ROI as first-class metrics, not spreadsheets.
1
Squad value vs wage bill. Val AIA and Sal AIA rolled into one trajectory — the board's single read on whether sporting value and cost are diverging.FULL
2
Sustainability headroom. Live room against squad-cost and financial-fair-play rules, with the date it tightens. mode · strategic
3
Academy ROI. Pathway treated as a balance-sheet asset — value promoted into the first team vs academy run-cost. A first-class metric here, nowhere else.
4
Transfer P&L. Net position this window, indexed to sporting outcome — the board reads money and results on one line.
5
Jose, board register. No jargon, no tables — strategic exposure phrased as a decision, sourced and dated.

PLATE 02 · TRANSFER & PLANNING ENGINE

Sporting Director

Sporting Dir · Dir. of FootballMode · WindowDeepest scope
Use case. The seat where Inter OS earns its keep — every target arrives with a Val number, a Sal wage, agent context, and the depth chart's succession risk already flagged.
1
Val-backed shortlist. The dossier pipeline surfaced as a ranked list, each name pre-priced by Val AIA so a gut read arrives with a number attached.FULL
2
Internal supply, inline. Academy prospects appear in the same shortlist as the market — the SD sees the pathway feed the depth chart, not as a separate app. mode · window
3
Contract-risk timeline. Expiries surfaced as P&L exposure with a countdown — succession risk flagged before it becomes a free transfer.
4
Sal AIA wages. Salary intelligence on every target. This is the politically-loaded cell — the SD seeing wages is correct; a coach seeing them is not.FULL
5
Jose, negotiation register. Phrases the gap as a move — over-ask, agent posture, structure options — sourced from the live target file.
PLATE 03 · MATCHDAY

Head Coach & First Team

Head CoachMode · Matchday (offline)Selection-facing
Use case. In the technical area with no signal — availability, load status, opposition shape and rotation modelling, scoped to selection. Tighter than the SD: tactical, not transfer-facing.
1
Availability board. One source of truth, auto-propagated up from medical — no WhatsApp telephone game between physio and bench.READ
2
Load status. Training-load traffic lights per player from sports science — read-only here, owned upstream. mode · matchday
3
Lineup & rotation model. Selection modelling against opposition shape; wages are walled off — the coach picks on form and fitness, not cost.WAGES NONE
4
Opposition intelligence. Analyst-prepared shape, set-piece tendencies and key threats, cached for offline at the touchline.
5
Jose, touchline register. Short, fast, fitness-aware answers — "who's safe for 90?" — working with no connection.

Analysts & Coaching Staff

Analyst · Coaching staffMode · PrepProduction layer
Use case. The production layer feeding the coach's surface — set-piece and video intelligence, opposition shape, and individual development tracking, authored here and pushed up.
1
Video queue. Clips tagged to tactical themes; the analyst is the author, the coach the consumer.FULL
2
Set-piece intelligence. Threats and routines built into a pack that becomes the coach's offline opposition tab. mode · prep
3
Individual development tracking. Per-player metric trends — shared with academy coaches for players on the pathway.
4
Hand-off to coach. One-tap delivery into the first-team surface; squad-cost and wage layers are absent from this tier entirely.WAGES NONE
5
Jose, analyst register. Quantifies the prep — conversion rates, trigger frequency — and assembles the pack on request.
PLATE 05 · LIVE CAPTURE

Scouting

ScoutMode · In-stadium (offline)Authoring
Use case. In the stand, often without signal — live capture against the standardized dossier template, with a Val pre-valuation so the report arrives priced, then syncs into the SD's pipeline.
1
Live match capture. Tap-to-log events against the player being watched; works fully offline and syncs on signal.FULL
2
Standardized dossier. The same template behind the 60+ dossier pipeline — every scout's report is comparable, not freeform. mode · capture
3
Val pre-valuation. A gut read arrives with a number — the scout's rating is paired with a Val estimate before it leaves the stadium.VAL SCOPED
4
Contribute to shortlist. Submitting feeds straight into the Sporting Director's window engine as a ranked, priced candidate.
5
Jose, scout register. Prompts the gaps in the template and surfaces comparable profiles already on file.
